why is there alil blue spot on my vagina? and am i emotionally ready to have sex?

Well I have a bf and well he was my ex and now were backtogeether after a year apart. I'm alil selfconcience because he's coming down to visit me soon and he sayd he wants to make love to me and stay around to watch me for alil. Well he's hot there's nuthin wtong with his body, he's older and perfect. I kinda wanna(but I reely want to) have sex but I cant cuz I'm scared my mom will find out and she kinda hates him too cuz he's older than but he's not like 26 or anything. Also I have a lil blue spot on my vagina and I noticed that for awhile. Ima virgin and a teen and I don't no what to do. My moms alil crazy and will kill me but what's the blue spot?
