Question by Jim: Two drunk people have sex. The man is a rapist. The woman is a victim?

If a woman has sex while drunk, it doesn't matter if she actually consented. The law says she was too drunk to give consent so the man is a rapist.

Being drunk is no defense in criminal law, however. Therefore, the man's being just as drunk as the woman makes no difference.

The man goes to prison as a rapist. Sound fair to you?
